Take me out to the ballgame...

That's all we've been doing the last week. We hit a Canaries game Wednesday, T-ball Sat. morning, College World Series Saturday and Sunday and now we are finally home for a few days whew!! Here's my nephews at their games on Saturday, what a fun time!

Next just sharing a layout from Ross' book it's all about his first words whether spoken or read to him. He is such a blessing to us!

It's Been too long...

Since I've updated this. My new goal is to keep up with the times. Our home improvement project is nearly finished which means a new scrap room and more time for scrap stuff. Just wanted to share a layout I made for my cupboard at work. I enjoy catching a glimpse of my boys while I am doing my work duties. Papers from Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon. Enjoy.

Girls Weekend!

What a great weekend! It's been time for a girls weekend for a while now so 4 ladies plus myself headed north to Crafty Cottage Retreat in Osakis Minnesota for a fun filled weekend of scrappin' the night away. It was fantastic. We enjoyed our surroundings (great time of the year for a drive, beautiful leaves!) and each other's company. Well, my second attempt at joining a design team wasn't a total failure. I didn't make the final 6 but have been asked to be a future guest artist on their blog! Here is the layout I submitted and the sketch they offered as inspiration.

A day at the lake

Today we made a trip to Round Lake where Grandma and Grandpa VT have a cabin to help take out the dock. We weren't much help but we sure had a nice time. Ross got his own pair of rubber boots to participate in the fun. Can't wait to get these pictures printed and work on some great layouts at next week's retreat!
